GINGER EXTRACT
One 2 oz. bottle and 4 pounds of household cane sugar will make 4 gallons of rich soda using the traditional mix and carbonate method in a Ball Lock or Sanke keg.
You can mix them fresh-to-taste with our Seltzer Bottle by adding a teaspoon of extract and some sugar to a glass before adding the carbonated seltzer and ice.
You can also carbonate with dry champagne yeast, although this can be unreliable and should only be done in plastic bottles to prevent possible injury.
Note: The package has changed to show just "Ginger"; the "Beer" has been removed.
You still use this one for Ginger Beer though.
